Key players in Mozambique’s real estate industry gathered in May at the 2nd Annual Mozambique Real Estate
Conference, hosted by Pam Golding Mozambique in Maputo, to share investment opportunities and successes, as
well as experiences and challenges faced by both new and established investors in this fast-growing, ever-changing
sector. “The market continues to grow, and new players are sizing up opportunities within Maputo and also other
provinces in Mozambique, stimulated by infrastructure investments and mega projects,” notes Gonçalo Marques,
