Can tenants go back on a lease renewal? Richard Chuma Asks:

My tenant’s lease expired and he said he was renewing the lease as per the original contract which gave him the
option to renew for a further year, with a negotiated increase. But then he decided to cancel the lease after a couple
of months. What can I do?
