Jonathan is upbeat about the future of mixed-use
developments: “Mixed-use property is key to our model
in that it creates sustainable local economies. Mixeduse properties are crucial to fostering an urban lifestyle
and culture. Given that space is at a premium, urban
living will only become more popular.”
