Q: What prominent property assets have you and the
High Street Auction Company sold?”
A: “Over the last four years we have sold many property
assets from hotels, entire city blocks, landmarks to
malls, resorts and race tracks. A few do stick out, such as
Tiffendale Ski Resort (auctioned off for 4m), Kyalami
Race Track (auctioned off for R205m), the Mariston
Hotel in Johannesburg’s CBD for 200m, as well as 14
regional malls across the company for 45m, 34m and
67m respectively.”
