in the pre-construction phase is that once you
have signed on the dotted line, even if the price
goes up on the other houses, you have locked
on at a lower price.
How to get the most for your money
If you are going to buy a small home and look
at expanding it sometime in the future, make
sure that you are able to, with regard to the
local municipality and also, if you are buying
in a sectional title complex, the rules that the
complex has to follow. Select a model home,
you may have to wait a little longer for it, but
then you will have a home with all the bells
and whistles at a discounted price. The only
