It’s the end of another year and the start of a brand new one, and with this comes the opportunity to learn from the
mistakes of 2013 and start 2014 on the right path! As we approach 2014, many of you will be formulating your New
Year’s Resolutions. Why not make one of those resolutions to create real wealth through property? We have jam
packed this edition with tips and tools to give you financial freedom. All you have to do is start, take that first step
and get your property investment plan in order. Don’t dwell on what went wrong in 2013, mistakes are the way we
learn, and what a learning year this has been! But next year is a whole new chapter, with clean pages. The year will be
starting off with a bang, the 2014 elections, and maybe this is the year where we will see real electoral change. There
are also a number of laws being promulgated that will have serious effects on the property industry, some positive,
some negative, but there is no denying change is in the air. So make your 2014 a year to remember!
Don’t listen to the naysayers, the doom and gloomers - people who are positive will attract positive change, so start the
year of with a mindset of success and a plan to back it up and watch the change unfold...
