The Retirement & Investment Property Expo
Visitors discover a real, practical alternative
I
n celebration of 10 years of empowering thousands
of ordinary salary-earning South Africans to stand
on their own feet (when it comes to investment
and retirement decisions), the P3 Investment Group
is proud to have been among the high profile leaders
in property, investment and retirement planning at
the Investment & Retirement Expo (featuring the
Property Expo) which took place at the Coca-Cola
Dome in Johannesburg in October this year.
A valid, superior alternative
“It was indeed a fitting celebration for the P3 Investment
Group to be represented alongside big retirement and
investment companies and well-recognised players in
the property industry,” comments Dr Koos du Toit,
CEO of P3 Investment Group. “We have made great
strides since our establishment in 2003 to educate
increasing numbers of South Africans about the value
of direct property investment as a valid and superior
alternative to traditional investment vehicles.”
Dr du Toit notes that the number of visitors to the Expo
clearly reflects the fact that traditional investment and
retirement planning vehicles are not delivering results.
In fact, as the Expo sponsor The Efficient Group,
revealed: only 5% of the South African population will
have adequate provision for their retirement and 45%
of pensioners believe they will run out of money during
retirement.
