aside from my mother who doubled up as his secretary,”

The company formed such a large portion of what

After Jason matriculated from Michael House
Boarding School, he studied for his Honours Bachelor
of Commerce Degree in Business Management and
Economics at Stellenbosch University.
His first property investment was a student
accommodation unit in Stellenbosch. He bought the
unit off-plan in 1999 for R283,000. Five years later,
in 2004, he sold it for R1,050,000 - well over three
times the original purchase price of the property! The
