WEALTH PROTECTION Citizenship Programmes to the United States EB5 in the USA BY RJ PALANO S outh Africa, like many other countries, continues to struggle from within for harmony amongst social classes. Current policies continue to undermine capitalism and they promote racism by the redeployment of wealth from the people who create wealth to those who want something for nothing. The nature of human beings is that we appreciate the fruit of our labours, thus we’re motivated to learn, apply ourselves and achieve. Nothing good ever comes from just giving people something, without their putting forth some kind of effort. They don’t appreciate it, then they expect it and before long, you’ve created generational welfare. It should be a crime for politicians to disenfranchise people and keep them uneducated by taking away their sense of self-accomplishment by giving them money. Worse, by giving them your money and reappropriating your wealth! It’s not acceptable. It needs to stop, but the truth is, it’s unlikely. We have seen this played out in Africa already with the seizure of farms in Zimbabwe, and you see it in everyday life around you. The social change and 50 DEC/JAN 2017 SA Real Estate Investor unrest in parts of South Africa will continue and the questions becomes: “Do you really want freedom for you and your family and if so, what are you willing to sacrifice to ge t it?” If you like where you’re at, then keep on doing what you’re doing. If you see your country in a downward spiral, then you have to ask yourself: “Is this where I want my children’s children to grow up?” There’s always a sacrifice to obtain wealth, liberty and freedom. There’s a monetary price, a time price, an emotional price and it’s all rewarded by an internal commitment to improve your lot in life. For some of you who have wealth, it’s time to protect and preserve it before it’s confiscated through social policies and reform. You’re cannot be blind to those policies and you can see it coming. The questions is: “Do you take action to protect your family and your wealth, or just let nature/history take it’s course?” For those who are ready to take that big step across the pond to immigrate to the US, we can help.
