Signature Sibaya Development
A new luxury estate development, Signature Sibaya, will be
located near Umdloti. Under the management of Tongaat

Properties, the precinct is located on the KwaZulu-Natal north
coast. It will be comprised of a mix of residential, recreational,
resort, commercial and retail. Surrounded by a natural and
thriving forest, the Signature Sibaya development will be home
to an exclusive estate with 45 homes. Each site ranges from
1000 -2000 square meters offering panoramic views of the
ocean and direct access to the beach. Prices range from R4.2-

Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre
Located in KwaZulu-Natal, the new Umhlanga Ridge Town
Central is home to one, two and three bedroom apartments
starting at R1.15-million. The apartments are designed with
