AFRICA A New Gem in Tanzania Jakaya Kikwete Ngorongoro Tower (JKNT) to boost tourism in Northern circuit A rusha is known as the gateway to the northern tourist circuit which links visitors to some of the most beauti- ful tourist attractions such as the Mount Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Natron and Eyasi. Named after former President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the towering Jakaya Kikwete Ngorongoro Tower ( JKNT) is owned and managed by the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA). The JKNT project, once completed at the end of July 2018, will be a mixed-use project with financial institutions, retail/ shops, offices, restaurants and hotel apartments that serve an advantage over the other buildings, as the beauty and aesthetic qualities of the building captures the attention of prospective tenants. Located at the heart of downtown Arusha along Goliondoi Road and Makongoro Road, the property is ideally situated in a neighbourhood that includes the AICC, Regional Police Station, East African Community, Palace    Hotel, Bank Of Tanzania, Tanzania Revenue Authority and Arusha Regional Offices.   The 17 storey building which is owned by Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) is so far the tallest building in Arusha City.
