ith the general election around the corner
and anticipation building for the Rugby
World Cup, London has an exciting year
ahead, but that is not all that is happening. The London
Office market is booming.
According to tradingeconomics.com, the growth in
the United Kingdom, albeit moderate at 2.7% year-onyear (y/y) in 2014, has resulted in capacity constraints
in certain pockets of the UK economy. The London
office market is benefiting from restrained supply and
increased demand from an array of tenants eager for
