I firmly believe in the power of investing in people and their lives , recognising that people are the driving force behind any successful business . In my approach , I exclusively collaborate with partners , service providers , contractors , and even administrative personnel who are held to a transparent and fair system where their compensation is tied to the actual value they contribute and the tangible services they provide . My belief is that rewards should be based on tangible results rather than hierarchical titles or positions within the organisation . The more significant the results , the greater the rewards should be .
