The industry is ripe for disruption and combining my tech experience with my knowledge of this industry , I believe we are in the best position to change the game .

The current trend is to build cookie cutter homes but since each person is an individual , I see this approach as being outdated and archaic . Our aim is to provide each person with a unique product that reflects their personality . We allow every person to be who they want to be and a home is massive reflection on the individual .

Investing in various industries I have discovered that the only way to protect against a weakening Rand is through property . Given our low property prices there will be a dramatic increase in prices in the foreseeable future .

In all fairness it is not easy to maintain a work-life balance . One must set aside time to make time for the things which we often don ’ t realise matter most .
