Our focus in this area is so high that we are in the process of creating a skills development college focussed solely on educating construction artisans who have been sorely neglected in South Africa . This has led to unskilled and skilled laborer ’ s been taken advantage of by only achieving the minimal wage in most cases . We intend educating a minimum of 1,000 students a year .
In addition , our green approach to construction methods and materials reduces the impact of construction on the environment and BTIG adopt a carbon neutral approach to any construction we undertake .

The biggest highlight of my career was living in the middle east and working across 4 continents . Despite the cultural differences , every human being is the same at their core . Every person has the same basic needs and desires .
I am most excited about extending our investment guarantee to the broader market .
