Originally after being born , educated and raised in the United States after earning a degree in finance and international business from New York University , David then moved to Israel where he worked as a trader and analyst for a large bank in Tel Aviv in 2011 . In 2012 he moved back to Philadelphia in the US to work as as a Wealth Manager for Merril Lynch .
David always wanted to enter the real estate industry . He says property is the most universal and also the largest asset class in the world . It is something that humans from all walks of life discuss and understand . Although they might do it differently here compared to other countries , they always relate to each other through how we live .
David then moved permanenetly to South Africa . He first joined Signatura in 2013 as a Project Developer before being appointed as Managing Director in January 2015 .
