• Background : Robert , or Rob T as he is affectionately known , was born and raised in Boksburg , Gauteng . Growing up in a vibrant community , he developed strong leadership qualities early on . As a child , he was involved in various school activities , where he learned the importance of teamwork and community engagement — values that would later shape his approach to business and property investment .
Career Background Rob began his professional journey in the banking sector , spending seven years developing his skills in coaching and sales . During this period , he honed his ability to present ideas clearly and effectively , making him a sought-after business coach . However , as he climbed the corporate ladder , Rob felt a strong desire to make a more significant impact on his community and industry .
In 2016 , while working in marketing and business coaching with NGL Attorneys , Rob noticed a pressing need for transformation within the property industry .
