Key Changes to other Programmes
• PORTUGAL has closed their GOLDEN VISA programme for investors purchasing real estate ;
• GREECE on 31st March 24 increased the minimum investment amount to € 800,000 in high demand areas
• IRELAND has abolished their RESIDENCY by INVESTMENT scheme
• MALTA requires proof of assets of at least € 500,000 with at least € 150,000 in financial assets
• SPAIN is considering doubling the minimum investment amount ( currently € 500,000 ) or abolishing the programme altogether
• AUSTRALIA has recently scrapped their GOLDEN VISA .
