After matriculating at Grey College in Bloemfontein in 2006 ( a factory for producing famous sportsman and businessman ) with seven distinctions he already identified property as a vehicle for building his future businesses and personal wealth .
Since Grade 8 , he has been very passionate about property . He believed then and still believes today that the best returns earned are from sound property investment . His interest in property investment developed even more when he read the book ‘ Rich Dad Poor Dad ’ by American entrepreneur , author and investor Robert Kiyosaki . He started reading more widely on books on property investment and attended many property investment seminars to learn more .
