With over 1.5 billion in annual sales from head office and with over R4 billion group-wide, Tim’ s leadership has added structure, scalability, and sharper systems to the operation. The Operational Blueprint

Greeff Properties wasn’ t built overnight. While Mike has remained focused on broader strategic oversight, Tim currently leads five key sales branches operating under the head office. These are supported by a network of over 100 sales agents with regional managers.
From the Southern Suburbs and CBD to the Atlantic Seaboard, South Peninsula, and outlying areas, each region is strategically structured, wellresourced, and actively performance-managed.

Each node is led by a regional manager and supported daily by our central operations team through Greeff’ s techenabled CRM system.

“ We’ re a sales-first business,” he says,“ but we operate like a marketing agency. Great agents. Great content. Great systems.”

Greeff also drives client success through the in-house business development team, a key part of Greeff’ s Customer Relationship Coordinator and Marketing strategy. This approach is dedicated to optimising buyer-seller matching and maintaining a consistent pipeline for both agents and licensees.
A strong focus is placed on the referral ecosystem between sales and rentals, and across regions.“ The business is built on relationships and recommendations. Our goal is to close that loop,” he explains.
