3 . How and where do you find your inspiration ?
I am inspired by achievement and I love people with a great presence , 3 to mention President Nelson Mandela had an incredible presence and auror . The late Derek Watts was an immense person and character . Glenn Sanford of eXp World Holdings has an amazing presence , a real gentleman , trustworthy , and oozes integrity .
The above are standouts for me , but I must say the best feeling in the world around inspiration really comes from friends and family , and I cannot stress enough how important it is to reach out to people , congratulate them , pat them on the back , because when its your turn it comes back in abundance .
That is why in business and home it is so vitally important to create that family environment where we care for each other , collaborate and very often through our technology the love
4 . If you were the President of South Africa what would you change or do tomorrow ?
• Drop the politics and run it like a business
• Create an open skies policy for flights in South Africa
• Resolve the expropriation of land issues so as to attract foreign investment
• Improve policing safety and security
• Guarantee a minimum standard of infrastructure and maintain as such
