KASI 4 Real Kasi 4 Real is aimed at boosting the township economy by offering funding to homeowners for the development of rental housing units within their existing property . This initiative addresses economic empowerment , creates employment opportunities , and tackles the critical need for affordable housing within townships . The Kasi 4 Real programme is aimed at providing funding to the following market below .
Who qualifies ?
• Residents of any township within the jurisdiction of Gauteng
• Residents from the township who are registered in the title deed .
• Residents with adequate available space in their back yard to build minimum 4 bachelor units of minimum 15 – 25 square metres .
• Applicants who will be able to contribute a minimum equity of approximately 3 % ( this depends on the cashflows of the project )
