Commercial Housing Fund While the Commercial Housing Fund promotes the participation of experienced housing developers and rental property owners in the affordable housing market . Under this fund the GPF will invest up to 20 % of the total project costs . However , the GPF will provide 100 % funding for projects with a total loan exposure of R 10 million or below .
