Leading the Tshwane House Public Private Partnership Project demanded delivering a bankable feasibility study ensuring affordability , value for money , and effective risk transfer to the private party . Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team , I managed the private party ' s adherence to budget and output specifications . The project aimed at tangible socio-economic impact , meeting green building guidelines . While I take pride in its success , the true reward lies in serving future generations .
