They often say ( or think inside themselves ) “ I would never want to live here ” and they miss out on attractive investment opportunities . Focus on supply & demand fundamentals , not on your personal taste .

Why would an investor want to sell a property with a good tenant to another investor ? Make sure your Offer to Purchase is structured with very tight clauses that protect you in terms of deposit monies as well as vacant occupation , if you are not comfortable with the current tenant ( s ).
