When asked about his leadership philosophy , Daniel is quick to point to the concept of “ servant leadership .” “ As a leader , my job is to empower my team , to provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed , and to lead by example ,” he says . He believes that empathy , respect , and clear communication are the cornerstones of a productive work environment .
