The core of RE-Start lies in impact-driven investing — investors acquire properties from homeowners who cannot qualify for recovery solutions but with consistent monthly income , ensuring they stay in their homes while creating predictable financial returns for investors .
Here ’ s how the Wealth Assist Investment Model works :
• Property Acquisition Below Market Value : Investors purchase properties at 85 % of market value , including all transfer duties and costs upfront .
• Higher Gross Return : The previous owner remains as a long-term tenant , paying rental equal to Prime + 3 % net rental yield , along with all expenses .
• Fixed Exit Strategy : At the end of the 36-month lease , the tenant has the option to repurchase the property at a predetermined price , ensuring at least an additional 4,75 % p . a . capital growth
