“ I will buy one property a year every year for the next 10 years ”. A mantra like this can be broken down further to be more specific and provide more clarity :
“ I will buy one , 2 bed 2 bath apartment every year off plan from a developer for the purposes of renting it out for income and capital growth ”. Or
“ I will buy one existing , 2 bed 2 bath apartment every year that can be renovated and rented out and sold in 5 years ’ time for capital appreciation .” Or
“ I will buy one multi family building each year consisting of not less than 6 units that can be rented out for income and long-term capital growth .”
