A Journey of Passion , Perseverance , and Purpose Sarah Davies ’ path into real estate was not one she initially set out to follow . Born in South Africa in the early ‘ 80s to Belgian émigrés , Sarah ’ s early years were spent at Woodridge College just outside Port Elizabeth , where she excelled in academics and athletics . A natural talent for sports saw her winning the Victrix Ludorum three times for athletics , as well as representing her province in hockey , swimming , and water polo . It was clear from an early age that Sarah possessed not only physical talent but also an innate drive for excellence .
However , Sarah ’ s passion for real estate wasn ’ t ignited until 2012 when a property opportunity arose in her hometown of Port Elizabeth . It was here that she met Rubé Bradfield , a seasoned real estate professional who would go on to mentor her and introduce her to the intricacies of property sales . It didn ’ t take long for Sarah to realize that real estate wasn ’ t just a job - it was her calling .
