JSE-listed Balwin Properties announces a major expansion into the rental market with plans to develop up to 7,300 rental apartments over the next 8 to 10 years . This new initiative will utilize approximately 20 % of the company ’ s unused land portfolio , targeting key locations in Johannesburg East , Tshwane East , and the Western Cape .
