He sets himself goals every day.“ If I haven’ t ticked off meaningful tasks that contribute to the business, my family, or myself, I don’ t feel like I’ ve achieved what I set out to do,” he admits. He applies the same approach from behind his desk.
“ I believe in motivating everyone to be driven, to want to improve and set high standards. We are all responsible for these and everyone needs to play their part. It always starts with small – but many – steps in making improvements that contribute to the overall success of our organisation,” he points out.
Greg’ s leadership style emphasises accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. He has extended this to High Street Auction Co’ s clients through a thought leadership programme.
