Early Life and Professional Beginnings
Greg’ s roots are in KwaZulu-Natal, where he attended Westville Boys High School and competed his studies at the University of KwaZulu- Natal. This formative period of his life, marked by strong values and a determination to succeed, helped shape the successful businessman that he has become.
He credits his family and the people he grew up with for his strong moral compass, instilling in him the importance of always giving of his best in everything he does.

“ I have great memories of people I studied with who all wanted to do their best every day- whether it was academically, on the sports field or giving to the local community” Greg recalls.“ That’ s something that has stuck with me throughout my career. I always strive to give my best for everyone around me.”

After completing his BComm degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Greg began his professional journey with Simba( Fritolay International) as an area sales manager in his home province. This proved a crucial steppingstone in Greg’ s career, helping him learn the value of building relationships and gaining the trust of both customers and colleagues both in South Africa and globally.
He quickly made an impact in area sales, beating sales targets and driving market share. As a result, he was promoted to head office where he played a role in brand management. It was here that he was exposed to the international best practices in marketing.
