Also, our work in student accommodation has revealed just how underserved that space is.”
His current portfolio spans developments, upper-market properties, and rentals, the latter providing steady income during seasonal slowdowns, particularly in winter.

eXp’ s international reach has allowed Foot to think globally while operating locally.
