My advice for anyone interested in getting into this business - aside from getting your hands on a copy of my book of course - is that Student Accommodation is quite an advanced property investment strategy . It is not possible to sit on the sidelines and expect the rentals to come rolling in , you will need to get your hands dirty . But although Student Accommodation is probably better suited to someone who has previous experience in renting out properties and managing tenants , I do believe that anyone with the determination and strategic intent can do very well for themselves in this business .
