I joined eXp South Africa drawn to its revolutionary cloud-based model and a sense that this wasn’ t just a company— it was a movement. Coming from the banking sector, where you often feel like just another number, I found in eXp something deeply personal: purpose, alignment, and the freedom to serve agents in a meaningful way.
Being part of the onboarding and operations team has been nothing short of transformative. Each day, I have the honour of guiding agents through their first steps with eXp— making sure they feel supported, empowered, and part of a team from day one.
Behind the Screens, a Sisterhood
The collaboration between the women in our management team, more fondly referred to as the leadership team, is a standout feature of our success. I work closely with exceptional women like Nyarai Mubaiwa, our Transactions Support Lead, whose guidance and opendoor approach elevate our standard of service. More recently, I’ ve had the joy of working with Robyn Ferreira, who brings energy, clarity, and incredible support to our daily interactions.
Together, we function like a seamless virtual team— efficient, responsive, and values-driven.
