Head of Alternative Distribution and Product , Ooba
Jackie has gained excellent property and financial market insights , knowledge and experience working as Head of Alternative Distribution and Product at South Africa ’ s largest mortgage origination company ( ooba ). Prior to her current role , she performed the role of Head of Sales Operations overseeing the general management of her Group ’ s largest subsidiary ( ooba Home Loans ).
She has worked closely with national real estate agencies such as Seeff Properties , Pam Golding Properties ,
Harcourts Realty , Jawitz , etc . as well as other contributors within the property ecosystem , which have given her tremendous knowledge of the property market .
Her collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and the National Housing Finance Corporation has seen an industry-first where the Government has collaborated with the private sector to help prequalify potential first homebuyers to receive access to housing subsidies .
