Grant ’ s Smee Background
Grant Smee has a solid financial foundation gained through tertiary studies in Finance and Accounting and experience gained in the large international financial institutions . Extensive property investment and rental knowledge has been gained through personal property investments and property business ventures since 2005 in both South Africa and England . Grant gained excellent financial insight , knowledge and experience working as a project and cost accountant at several large international financial institutions in London , including JP Morgan , Schroders and UBS , where as operational lead , he closed a $ 400 million private fund . After returning to South Africa in 2010 , Grant joined Only Realty in 2011 as a franchisee and in 2012 became a co-franchisor and Managing Director of the Only Realty SA brand . In 2020 , Grant led the Only Realty Property Group acquisition of Frankie Bells Real Estate , a luxury real estate company and Halbe Properties . He continues to add to his growing portfolio as a property entrepreneur .
