“ A mentor wisely taught me that building the best product means very little if you don ' t have an active distribution channel , so partnering and finding powerful distribution channels has always been a part of my strategy . We have some exciting news to share on this front . Preferental recently raised significant capital via a Series A funding round with our partner Imvelo Ventures . This allows us to invest further in technology to expand and improve our existing services . As part of this deal , we also acquired SAPIN ( SA Property Investors Network ); SA ’ s largest property investor network with over 80,000 engaged property investors . We are building an Ecosystem underpinned by technology to deliver not only property management services but also deliver an enhanced property investor experience , property education and a new initiative focusing on educating and creating job opportunities for the youth . We are also partnering with some of SA ’ s leading brands and respected industry associations as well as banking institutions to use innovative technology to unlock the value within a connected Ecosystem so we can partner with everyone who is aiming to improve the lives of those engaging in property within SA .”

Whereas before , our primary objective was servicing private landlords , now real estate agencies are approaching us wanting to use Preferental to build on the value proposition they offer to their clients .
