The month of November saw a qualitative leap in rental allowances in apartments, with the
increase to 14.47% for apartments according to the Turkish Statistics Institution.
It is known that the rate in rent allowances is a percentage calculated in each month of the year
in order to determine the increase of rentals for that month, and this is applied for lease
contracts to be organized during this month for the first time, or those that are renewed during
this month.
As for the shops, the rental rates will be increased according to the percentage agreed upon in
the contract. In the absence of such an item within the contract, 14.47% will be applied is
