The inaugural Real Entrepreneur Mums Member of the Year awards was a super night of
celebrations, cocktails and catch-ups. It was a time to forget about the kids and the day to day grind.
It was time to sit back and rejoice in how awesome we really are. In our minds, we know we’re not
alone as we juggle a gazillion different balls every day, but on this night, we could look around and we
could see who was on this crazy ride with us.
It was a chance to say thank you to the people who help us on our journey. An opportunity to catch
up with old friends and make new ones. And most importantly, a chance to celebrate being a Real
Entrepreneur Mum, with a team of women who have your back and are helping you to go after your
goals and smash them.
It was a bit like playing 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon. Working out who you knew in common. What
Community everyone was from? But in the end, it really didn’t matter, because we were just one big
family, coming together for an end of year celebration.
Special thanks must to go out to Nat Buchanan from EventZen for organising such a great evening.
