French Toast

Ingredients
8 slices of thick bread (like Texas Toast)
2 Eggs
1 Cup half and half
Cinnamon (to taste)
1/2 Tablespoon Real Vanilla Bean Extract
Powdered Sugar
Maple Syrup
Preheat griddle to medium
high. Whip eggs. Add half and
half, Vanilla Bean Extract and
cinnamon and whip un l
fluffy. Soak toast un l just
spongy. Melt a pat of bu er
on the griddle. Cook toast on
each side un l cooked all the
way through. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with real maple
syrup.
