I always get over excited about
reading whenever it comes close
to a holiday. By close, it can
mean the day before Halloween,
which is what it was while I was
writing this article. Or it can
mean the beginning of September,
cause you know it's almost
Christmas hahaha, right?
I recently discovered all the
different options when choosing
which holiday you want to read in
books. I've seen books for
Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's
Day, New Years Eve,
Thanksgiving, and many others.
Though there are definitely a
wider range of books for certain
holidays like Christmas. Which is
a given. The thing I love the most
about reading holiday themed
books is they are always so warm
and homey or sweet and filled
with amazing romances. At least,
this is what they are like in the
romance genre. And of course in
Horror, Halloween themed books
are meant to be that extra bit of
scary.
I think reading these themed
books also helps me get into the
mood of which ever holiday is
quickly approaching. Plus it
broadens my range of books that I
read. Which is always a good
thing in my case. I love finding
new books and genres. Cause I
never really know what books I
might love if I don't give them a
try.
For me, Christmas romances are
my absolute favorite to read. Not
only are there the most of these
books out there, but they also
have that special element or
feeling that you get around that
time of year. I think the thing that
drew me the most to Christmas
themed books was the idea of the
perfect around the Christmas tree
on Christmas Morning with all of
