my head and rest them somewhere
else. But the problem I
encountered was, writing it was
so emotional I couldn’t even
imagine having to proof read it or
read it for clarity after my literary
agent corrected it. So I had John
(my current fiance’) do all the
reading. I still to this day have
not sat down and read the entire
book from front to cover. I’m
afraid to.
From the moment I “cyber met”
you I realized that you were all
about encouraging others and that
while you could understandably
be bitter after what happened to
you, you are trying to share your
story as an encouragement to
others that there is hope and that
you can overcome adversity.
What are some of the most
important things you’d like to
share with women and men who
are facing adversity now?
Stop and look around at who
you’re hurting by NOT dealing
with it. I don’t care what people
say about doing things for
yourself, I still believe there has
to be a motivating factor in your
life which was another person
that makes you decide to take
action. Look at how bad that
person is suffering by your
decision to NOT TAKE ACTION!
And REALLY COULD ACTION
BE ANY MORE MISERABLE
THAN HOW YOUR FEELING
RIGHT NOW???? I believe you
have two choices in life;
To LIVE life or EXIST in it. I
chose to LIVE it. There were
down points in my life and times I
thought I might never make it

through, and you will suffer
setbacks but KNOW THAT’S ALL
THEY ARE, just SETBACKS.
YOU DECIDE YOUR LIFE, how
far will you go in it or will you
just take the easy way out.
PLEASE for the sake of yourself
and others start small but start
getting help.
I know that you are involved in
charity work would you like to
share how the purchase of your
book goes to help others and share
with our readers a little about the
group or groups that you support?
I’m giving profits from my book to
AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL, for
those that need help in other
countries, especially women who
are treated like sub servants and
live with domestic violence not as
an incident but fact of THEIR
LIFE!
I’m also giving to the Humane
Society, my two cats are my
“BOYS”, they are just as

important to me as any person
could be, and in lots of ways
BETTER Let’s face it, animals
love you unconditionally and they
are ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU!
People always mock that by
saying, “OH THEY ONLY LOVE
YOU BECAUSE YOU FEED
THEM” well what I tell them is, if
it were two boys living with me,
they would want to eat too and
complain loudly if they didn’t get
fed, so what’s the difference
My substance abuse hospital
(BRIGHTON REHAB
CENTER/ST.JOHNS REHAB) is
also getting some profits from my
book. This was an excellent
hospital and one of the best in the
country and it even paid for me
when my insurance ran out. The
people there are AMAZING!
Henry Ford Hospital: Researchis also getting a portion
Iran Politics Club- this might
seem like a paradox, but this is an
organization based out of San
Diego, CA. That helps Ameri ????((
