be belting out the hits from his four

such as ‘Don’t You Know Love’ and
‘Grow Up’. He’ll have no trouble filling
the boots of Madness, Rod Stewart,
Elton John and Cliff Richard, who
have also graced the cricket grounds
with their presence.

Pizza Festival

Finally the simple yet scrumptious food is honoured with its own festival. There will of
course be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free variants to try, along with pizza-eating
competitions and a pizza-making workshop for children. Organisers are also helping
to raise funds for food redistribution charity, FareShare. Events will be popping up in
hotspots throughout the city – we’re sure you’ll sniff them out.

their gates to the public and inviting
them to see first-hand how they work.

And Farming whose aims include
raising awareness and increasing
sustainability of food and farming and
to this end over 1.8m people have
visited Open Farm Sunday events
since they began in 2006.
