Chief executive Chris Randall said: “All promotions will
be effective as from April 1 and I am sure you will wish
to send them your congratulations.”

Peppermint
At Mayo Wynne Baxter
we’re lucky enough to
be treated to cakes
when we hit target.
However, this time
around a unanimous
decision was reached
to donate them to
Chestnut Tree House
children’s hospice. The
arrival of the cakes
coincided with a visit
from Brighton & Hove
Albion footballers
and they were lucky
enough to enjoy a
sweet treat ordered
from Piglets Pantry
along with the children,
staff and volunteers.
We are pleased to announce that (after a lengthy and
thorough process) we have selected multi-award winning
platform, Peppermint, to consolidate MWB’s software
applications.
Peppermint is a significant investment in the firm’s growth
strategy and will be rolled out to our 200 staff across the six
offices we have in Sussex.
As a firm we are acutely aware of the importance technology
will play in our continued success.
Peppermint will enable us to be far more agile in managing
change, increasing operational efficiency and driving a clientcentric approach to all the firm’s activities.
Practice director, Sue Gadd, said: “By implementing
Peppermint’s single legal software platform we can transform
the role of technology from being a tool that supports the
firm’s operation into a strategic weapon that will accelerate
our competitive advantage and improve the bottom line.”
