2019-2020

The school board reserves a two-week window from March 1-15 for current CCS families to re-enroll and/or to enroll siblings of CCS students.

Early Re-Enrollment

It is now time to begin planning for the 2019-2020 school year! The school board is working with the CCS staff and administration to plan ahead for another great year. We are excited about the way God has blessed CCS this year, and we look forward to seeing how He uses our school next year. We pray that your family will once again join us in this incredible journey.

A special two-week window of early re-enrollment (for continuing CCS families) is available each year. It offers families a reduced registration fee as well as the opportunity to reserve their students' placements before enrollment is opened to new families. This early registration period is March 1-15. During this time,

families may also apply for the admission of siblings of current CCS students.

In order to register during this early re-enrollment period and receive the reduced registration fee, families must register ONLINE . You will find instructions included in this newsletter. If you do not have access to the Internet, please stop by the elementary office to use a computer or to pick up a hard copy of the registration forms.

This newsletter contains important information about the registration process. Please read each article carefully. You will find instructions for re-enrolling online, an update on how re-enrollment will be made

one step easier for NEXT year (the 2020-2021 school year), and the 2019-2020 tuition rates.

The school board continues to be committed to working with families who are interested in offsetting their tuition costs through the school's three major fundraisers: Annual Banquet, Annual Brochure-Mailing Drive, and Annual Auction. Families that prefer not to participate in these fundraisers, are able to "opt out" and pay related opt-out fees, which are tax-deductible as they offset fundraising efforts. The school board will re-evaluate the effectiveness of this system during the fall of 2019 to determine if the opt-out system is the most effective way to offset tuition costs.
