• 70 % live within Fernie and South Elk Valley portion of Area A.
• 91 % lived in in the Elk Valley full time versus seasonally or part-time( ie 2 nd home owner).
• Over half the respondents indicated their age range with 50 % being 51 years or older and 41 % being between 31 – 50 years of age.
