Quality and Service Performance Standards/Service Performance Agreement Our Firm’s senior attorneys on the project will continue to personally ensure that work is performed properly and on-time with deliverables in proper format. We pride ourselves on timely delivering professional and top-quality work. Our attorneys will take the lead and responsibility for all service and satisfaction in all endeavors with IPS, RRG and use administrative resources as necessary depending on the issue. The Firm measures its client satisfaction through direct contact with, and feedback received from, the client on the handling of a specific project or matter. If an issue arises, it will be handled and dealt with on a case-by-case basis until a resolution is obtained that is satisfactory to the client. This has always been, and will remain, standard practice for Riley Bennett Egloff in the unlikely event that an issue arises. Diversity Riley Bennett Egloff has adopted and implemented the following Diversity Commitment: Riley Bennett Egloff, LLP (the “Firm”) is an equal opportunity employer. The Firm prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, disability or veteran status. Similarly, all employees of the Firm are expected to avoid any statements or conduct which may be construed as discrimination or harassment based upon an employee’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, disability or veteran status. The Firm is committed to diversity in the workplace because it understands the value that diverse perspectives bring to client service and the administration of justice. The Firm actively recruits and retains female and minority attorneys and law students. Among other initiatives, the Firm participates annually in the Diversity Job Fair sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association, in which the Firm interviews female and minority candidates from across the country. The Firm also seeks to advance female and minority attorneys for leadership positions in the Firm, and works with WBE and MBE vendors and clients whenever possible. Ethics and Compliance Riley Bennett Egloff and all attorneys are bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct, a comprehensive set of rules and guidelines to govern the legal profession. Riley Bennett Egloff attorneys and employees are expected to and do comply with these Rules of Conduct. Our firm culture and practices require that ethics and compliance are taken very seriously. In addition, Riley Bennett Egloff has a standing Ethics Committee to consult with our personnel regarding any prospective concerns or issues that might arise (the most likely time is determining whether a conflict exists before taking on a matter) and to address any issues if they do arise. Attorneys also have a requirement to receive continuing legal education (CLE) ethics credits on an ongoing basis.
