EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Since its founding in 1979, Riley Bennett Egloff, LLP (“RBE”) has grown nine-fold, from three attorneys to
28 attorneys. The Firm’s steady, organic growth is a product of our focus on building and expanding long-term
relationships with Central Indiana’s most established and respected companies and institutions. RBE endeavors
to serve clients like IPS, RRG for decades to come.
RBE is a mid-sized law firm with large-firm capabilities. Our lawyers are frequently called upon to represent
businesses throughout Indiana and across the country. We provide a wide range of business and litigation services
for our clients that are commonly found in large law firms, rather than mid-sized law firms in Indianapolis. While

Overview
Our Firm was established in 1979 with three attorneys who shared a vision of building a respected Indiana
business and litigation law firm by providing the highest quality legal services in a timely, result-oriented and
cost-effective manner. That commitment has proven to be a recipe for success, and has resulted in the steady,
organic growth of our Firm, our practice areas and the diversity of our client base.
Today we have 28 attorneys who provide a full range of legal services in the areas of business and commercial law;
