REGIONAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Regional Western Australia has had a lot going for it through the pandemic . People moved there , investors flocked there and the mining and agricultural boom made people wealthier . While Perth house prices increased by 13 per cent over the past two years , regional areas grew a lot quicker . Bunbury was the slowest growing regional area but saw well over double this growth . Western Australia outback ( south ) grew by a very strong 55 per cent .
